“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

I have a question.

What's the difference between these two types of gymnastics, the precise exercise is not important here.

Type 1 :

Overall repeats: 100

Sets: 10
Repeats in each set: 10

Type 2 :

Overall repeats: 100

Sets: 20
Repeats in each set:5

What's the difference?
Is there any different working on muscles between the two types, thus producing different results?

I can only imagine between volume and shape, but don't know in which type they are focused.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

I cannot understand why did you mention the weight ? The weight on both exercises are the SAME. The exercise is the SAME. The only difference is how you many sets on repeats you do. The overall repeats are the SAME.

You see... let's just say we use this for lifting.

Let's say we must raise the bar 10 times , for 10 times.
And on another example raise the bar 5 times for 20 times.

The question is what is the difference on the workout of this exercises?

More Sets---Less reps---More weight=Bigger/faster strength gains

You kinda confused me so I dont know if this is the answer you're looking for

When you're doing more sets and less reps, the weight used shouldnt be the same as when you're doing less sets and more reps
