I know It's been preached on this site a lot of times, but I'm in an energize and happy mood tonight that I felt like expressing this. When you Love yourself and accept yourself - Accept who you are as a person and as a human being - Your strengths, your " flaws" and " imperfections", Accept and make peace with your past and your many " past miseries" that have shaped the remarkable and unique character which you are today.

Self acceptance makes you less critical and judgementive, more accepting and tolerating of others and open to loving them for what they are. With the Art of Self acceptance you are basing your self worth not on external values such as your achievements, materialistic possessions and such and such but from a higher level of spiritual consciousness - A Simple love for life and others.

Learn to love and accept yourself and you will be open to loving others.
