Why "Whatever You Want" Keeps You Single

She says the movie looks dumb; you suddenly agree. She tests you with a little attitude; you apologize for nothing.

You think you're being easy to get along with. She reads something else entirely: a man with no edges. Nothing to hold on to. No friction, no tension, no reason to wonder what he really thinks.

The "22 Rules" taught me to push back — playfully, calmly, without needing her approval. Strange things happened after that.

OK, so I had this chance with this girl earlier, but things didn't work out- I guess it was my fault, because I didn't go after her hard enough. But she flirted with another guy in front of me, which kinda pissed me off. Now I realize it was just another shyt test.

Anyway, I'm gonna go see her, for like the first time in 2 weeks. I want her to be my gf, so do you have any tips, etc. I dont want to screw this up.

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

that's a pretty board question. Read parts of the DJ bible that you think would be applicable to this type of situation. You already know you need to pursue her harder.

As for what to do when she flirts with another guy, what do the rest of you guys think? I personally keep my cool, maybe even tease her a little about it. In terms of dealing with the guy, if you're on a date with the girl, don't be afraid to act like a boyfriend. Go up, put your arm around her, "who's your little friend here?"

Yes, one tip - since you have already put her on a pedastal, forget about her and move on.

(what?)

That's right. You have already failed once, she is showing interest in other men, and now she's going to drag you along for the ride. Skip town on her and move on to someone else.
