"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

Over the skies of Texas, during broad daylight, were sonic booms and a hurling fireball of something. I have a reliable source of information it cannot be debris from the two collided satellites (or now the two collided nuclear submarines)(pardon my dry sense of humor), but the timing couldn't be more coincidental. It was broad daylight and meteors are almost always the bump which goes on at night. Which leaves... UFOs!

Is this proof alien reptilians have arrived from the Andromeda galaxy, to join the Illumnati and Freemasons, and for their technology to be reverse engineered by Microsoft?

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

Microsoft is just a front for this alien technology. The`re slowly introducing this tech so that in the future we will produce it for them and earth will be a source of cheap labour for the Inter-Galactic Reptilian Empire.

Japan has been hit the hardest by this unfortunately.

But if the influx of cheap outsourced labour to earth happens, it might destabilize the Inter-Galactic Reptilian Empire Economy. The Reptilians will no doubt face a credit crisis the likes of which they have never seen before.

Discuss.

You're not gonna bump the conspiracy theory thread?

I dont think meteors have sonic booms. Or maybe it was a big one. What makes you think they only hit us at night? Night is just the only time you can normally see them.

Actually, now that I think about it, it was clearly a fire breathing dragon.

All joking aside, according to expert astronomer Dr. Phil Plaitt, it was probably a meteor. The fascinating thing is the timing of the event, merely one week after two satellites collided, but it's impossible to have been satellite debris—it was traveling way too fast.

This thread is about astronomy and how people may falsely speculate it was an UFO sighting. Right now the news media is reporting a fire and debris field, including a metal pipe—things which will prove totally unrelated but complete the hallmark appearance of an UFO sighting. The fire will prove a coincidence, since meteors rarely are hot enough to spark a fire—meteors quickly decelerate and spend enough time in cold air to cool off—and the debris is from something terrestrial. The meteor is estimated to be the size of a pickup truck—enough to create a boom, and in 2006 a similiar sonic booming meteor flew over New Zealand.
What makes you think they only hit us at night?
I was kidding. ;)

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Meteors and other space junk enter the atmosphere all the time. What's unusual is that this was caught on tape and aired.

"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.

I agree small meteors and space junk enter the atmosphere on a regular basis, although it's very rare for meteors to be so large. According to the Associated Press, approximately ten meteors of that magnitude strike the earth every year. You also need to remember that a meteor only the size of a basketball can deliver a punch, so it's very newsworthy when it's the size of a pickup truck. If the meteor was the size of a house, we'd be talking about a mile wide crater hundreds of feet deep.

The event spurred hundreds of panicked phone calls to 9-1-1 and local authorities launched a helicopter to look for a crashed airplane—thinking that was the fireball. It was only afterwards the video popped up.

FOOLISH MORTALS!! Reveling in your pitiable self-righteous "technologies"! Have you become so blind as not to see the very image of mighty Odin himself when he alights upon your sky in his most immolating glory? Fear mortal wyrms, for soon the battle of Ragnarok will consume your world and Odin's flaming heralds will be the least of your concerns.

"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.
