There's no such thing as a Euro.
Even within the UK you'll find that girls are different. In London they can be quite snobbish, expect you to have money and are less open to cold approaching. In the north of England girls tend to be more friendly (imho) and easier (sorry girls).
In France women are more likely to chase you. They see what they want and go for it.
In Italy girls can be very touchy-feely without wanting anything more - so be careful of normal kino rules.
Portuguese girls - in my limited experience - are extremely fiery. Beware and handle with care...but lots of fun.
Spanish girls - much like the Portuguese but with the advantage of an easier language.
German girls...mixed bag - often very confident though. Play the 'foreigner needing some guidance' card.
Eastern European girls - somewhat outside my field of experience but there are lots of stunners - Croatia has more than its fair share - and they tend to be pretty confident but friendly (I've had a fair bit of success with Polish girls by getting them to teach me their language - a tactic that is useful across the whole of Europe).
Don't know much about Greek girls except they have a tendency towards being a bit hairy.
*edit* How could I forget the Scandinavians?! Jewels of Europe. Treat them like adults, don't play games. These girls are confident and very liberal and also very mature.
...So, in closing, I suspect you will have to adjust your game in general, for Europe, and specifically for each country - there is no universal way of dealing with European girls. You will have the advantage of being exotic, although in some countries it may serve you better to be Canadian (sorry! That's just the way it is...). Milk the language angle.

ya, londoner's really can't be grouped with the rest of england because the city is SO crowded and multi-racial that most people are not friendly to approaches.....though i did find that girls in england in general are friendly and warm (***** shields are very rare over there)......the biggest mistake i made in england when i was there last May was being a little overly C+F. Amercan c+f can be misconstured as rudeness or bad manners so try to be funny, yet polite.

Funny you should say this, just resently I was hanging out with a groupe of french people. One of the guys spent alot of time telling me about how french girls where reserved and wouldent put out. One of the french girls however repetently tried to break into our conversation. 2 minutes after I got out of the conversation about how diffecult it was to pull a french girl I was making out with one, was great fun
