EVERY time I text her telling her to come hang with me, she has an excuse. Whether its, "I would, but I'm getting ready for work", or "I'm good"(as in "no thanks) this girl has an excuse ready. But (it seems) whenever I tell her to do something in person she usually "obeys".
Examples:
Me and a couple friends were playing football. We eventually decided to go get her to play (I assume we ALL knew she wouldn't actually play). We get to her house, and I half jokingly tell her to come play. After VERY slight resistance, she agrees to go but won't actually play.
After school one day I was talking to her and she mentioned she was going to Mcdonalds in a few minutes with some of her friends and I say COMPLETELY joking, "lets go". She says, "ok but you have to get something cheap". (Didn't end up going as I had business to take care of; Probably could of played it off better)
Last example: I text her asking if she's busy. She says no, so I tell her to come hang with me for a little bit. She texts back saying, she's in bed, so I respond (again jokingly as is my nature), "I will go up to your room and drag you out of bed if I have to
". She tells me I can try, so I go to her house, and when she opens the door she comes sit on her porch and she says, "really?" (I assume she was surprised I actually came). She resists some, but eventually says, "I'm cold so let me go change first". (Took her 10 mins or so)
So is it safe to assume this chick likes/responds to action? Or maybe persistence?
