Argghhhh havnt weight trained for nearly a month, first I overtrained, then some grl messes my wrist up. I've maintained 154lbs somehow. Might be back training next week. I want to set up a sturdy pullup bar so I can do heavy weighted pull ups. I'm strict for time nowdays so My vertical leg press machine is replacing squats and weighted pull ups replace deads.
