Running...Lifting...Running...some help please

K...i just wanted to know if i ran like a quarter of a mile outside, then right after did bench or incline(...goin up in weight each time...) and then doni like 30 crunches...and then running another quarter of a mile (repeat this 4-5 times) does anything or helps in anyway..or is this somethin thats wasting my time...or can i do something to improve this plan and keep it moderately the same...

tryin to get leaner and stronger...and build stamina (for soccer)...
