Hey, I work out normaly. And was wanting to know if there are any workouts you can do to strengthen the rotator cuff?

If I get any replies thanks for you help.

shoulder raises. Use light weights. I usually do one arm at a time. Bring the dumbell from your thigh up to about chin high (but your arm will be extended straight out in front of you). keep your arm straight the whole time and go slow.

That's a front delt excersize, numbnuts.

For the rotator cuff, chinups, pullups, any kind of rows, and you can do back flies.
