“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

...and Im sure is gonna be painful, never in my life had such a long break.

How do you suggest me to restart, maybe some light general circuit to wake up muscles back for a couple of weeks or simply train groups separately starting with lower weights and higher reps?

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

I'd go a full body circuit if I were you. But that's just me. Nothing too heavy, it is a circuit after all.

Circuit training wouldnt hurt, that way you can start out by getting in shape to train. Other than that, start out light and work on your form. Consider yourself a beginner again.

2 months isnt a big deal dude.
Start with 70% of ur previous 1RM and increase it to 90% over 1-2 weeks.
Add some cardio like sprints or shadow boxing to burn any pot belly which might have appeared.

So I decided to train all muscles but only on a general movement, in particular bench press for chest, leg press for legs, lat machine for back, shoulder press for shoulders, dumbbell curls for biceps and cable for triceps, roman chair for abs and hyperextensions for lower back.

I did about 70% of what I was doing before leaving the gym and till now the only sore muscle is the chest due to the bench press in which I finished the last series (only 6reps) with my own weight.

Guess I'll do the same again next time, after an other week of this awake I'll swith back to a splitted routine.

The good thing is that I already see myself closer to my old self especially shoulders and chest, hopefully in 3-4 weeks I would get my old shape back I feel muscle memory in here.

You will. I left for 1.5 months once and came back. Within 3 cycles of my 4 days a week workout I came and surpassed my old lifts on some exercises.
