response to the 'i'll let you know' or 'i'll call you when im free'?

what should you respond with if a HB you're trying to arrange a meet up with says 'i'll let you know' or 'i'll call you when i'm free' (knowing that she probably won't)?

i'm not talking about the girls who have low interest initially i mean the ones which offer you a time to meet up, somewhat cancel/flake legitimately (you have to give them one chance -sometimes these things happen) then when she flakes says 'she'll let you know' or 'i'll call you when im free' to meet up.

what do you respond with by call/text?

i have been in this scenario many times esp when trying to make arrangements and in turns into a negotiation back and forth of oh im busy then so i counter with im busy when she counter offers then eventually it leads to her sayin 'i'll let you know' or i leave it and never hear from her.

My first thought is to respond.

"You know I'm going to be super busy between now and then. I'll call you ???(tomorrow, Friday, next week) and we'll figure it out."

2. You have a life.
3. You're suggesting there's a "we". Good start.
