"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

I have an issue that must be resolved in the next 2 hours: yesterday i called this girl twice ( once at noon and at 3), then left a message asking if she wanted to go to the movies (i know, dumb move). never got a responce, but i dout she checks her house messages often. so today we are going to the movies again, and i am debating if i should call. im not desperate by any means, but i think that this forth call will seem a little desperate to her. im leaning towards not calling and just talking on monday, but im still not sure. what do you guys think?

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

I would have only called once.

There's a commercial for some shady lawyers that airs on TV here. Although they're not too reputable, their slogan rings true:

"One call, that's all".

You make one call, period. Let her return your damn call. If she doesn't, cut bait.

There is a certain ruthlessness that must be employed in dealing with women and the telephone.

Let's all give this woman a huge round of applause :)

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.
