Felt confident today and well to cut to the crap...

Walking from the lounge of my school to leave for the day, I see a group of 4 guys, 2 girls and one of the girls a solid HB9AznMix (she was hardcore). The guys looked like losers to me, the 'kiss-arse' types that the girls just wanted for attention....

I notice them, catch eyes with the HB9 briefly (nothing serious, no AI) and walk right up to the group and politely but confidently say...

ME: *To Guys talking* Excuse me fellas *directing my attention at HB*
THEM: *Quiet looking at each other*
ME: I'm actually running late, but you seem to be my type and I don't let opportunities to meet beautiful women go by... i'm cod3r
HER: *stuttering* i i i'm...
ME: I've got to run, do you have a cell # ?

*Guys aren't saying ANYTHING, just kinda sitting there trying to ignore me. ONe guy is smirking like he can't believe i'm doing this in front of them*

HER: I *stuttering over words* umm have a boyfriend...

*At this point I knew I invoked the 'conditioned response' (as i call it) and really had no interest in spending anymore time, as I'd accomplished my mission already by approaching a girl in a group of guys*

ME: That's too bad, maybe i'll see you around campus sometime.
ME: *To group of guys* Sorry again fellas, continue... *walk out*

I felt so powerful after that, I was on a high for about 3 hours lol. Just shows that most guys and most girls will respect any showing of 'balls' aka testicles. Eventho she gave me the 'boyfriend' line, she definitely respected me and if I had any real interest or intention next time I seen her, it'd be too easy

Cod3r, how come you have a girl you say you love, yet you are doing these things?? :( ... seems pretty messed up..

oh and another thing.... Well... i felt really guilty when i had a crush on another girl, who i was talking to every day while being with my current gf who i love... so i stopped talking to the other girl... it felt very akward to go from one girl to the next like nothing had ever happened. I dont see how you can put a 100% and love into a relationship when u are thinking and being attractive to other women.. maybe thats my problem?

Much respect.

And you're right, people do respond to overwhelming confidence and leader behaviour, even in absurd situations. The bigger the group, the less likely anyone will do anything to disrupt the peace. Had you done this to a table of 1 guy and 1 girl it might not have went so smoothly.

Most people (myself included) would sit and ponder all the things that could happen, when in fact, the simplest yet least predicted result actually happened.
