Regaining sexual confidence

HOw do you re(gain) your sexual confidence. I've had numberous times where i had a girl naked ready to have sex, but i would not be able to find the hole. After this happning with about 3 or 4 girls, I developed anxiety about sex, and now I've not been able to stay hard. Theres a girl i've been hangin out with for about 3 months that I kiss and hang with, and i know i need to have sex with her because i sense the Interest Level is going down, but I'm scared to take the chance and mess up again and lose all interest. the furthest i've gone is massaging her and touching her titties. What should i do

I'm not sure how you can solve the "hardness" problem, but next time you get to the stage with her naked ask her to guide you in.

You do realize that part of sexual confidence is to ask for help when you need it? I'd go with what CrunchyNut suggested and ask her to guide you in next time.

As far as the "hardness" problem, get out of your head. Don't be scared to lose all interest. Would you rather have tried and failed or NOT try and not know whether you could've have failed or passed?
