"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

I want to be my own role model. This one sentence simply sums up why I am launching the Don Juan Bootcamp today, 29 May 2021.

In more detail: I am 24, have moved out of home, still have good contact with my family, study and work part-time. I also have good friends who I would trust with my life. What I haven't had in my life so far is success with women. I am not stupid, I never was. I usually realise more than other people. That's why I know where my problems lie, most of the time it's the need for action that fails.
I have started the DJBC before, but I failed in week 2 because I had bigger private problems at the time, and can therefore only advise anyone who has problems with themselves and in their life to sort them out first before trying their luck with women. It's no use, and you'll only feel ****tier afterwards.
This has now changed, and the only excuse not to go through with DJBC now would be laziness or chickening out. I've read through all the material, as well as Walden's entire thread. If you should read it, best regards. I've rarely been so excited on a forum. I was actually sitting in front of my screen cheering you on. I went for a walk afterwards and I had the deep feeling that I could achieve the same.

In this sense: I don't want to type here much longer. I put together my Spotify playlist with the songs, it's beautiful weather, I'm a bit nervous. Time to go out!

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

Week 1 Day 1

Yesterday I took the tram to Mauerpark here in Berlin. It's a bit far away from me. I tried to keep eye contact during the ride, but since the same people were always sitting opposite me, it didn't work the whole time.

I managed to keep eye contact for 1 hour, but the good weather didn't help me as much as I thought. Many people wore sunglasses, so I couldn't judge the eye contact. Likewise, when I walked against the sun, I had to blink and could not make relaxed eye contact with others.

The greetings were poor. I only wanted to greet people with whom I had eye contact for more than a few seconds, otherwise I found it strange. It's astonishing how many people are only concerned with themselves and their immediate goal. I smiled nicely at one woman, so she greeted me and asked me for directions to find her friends. But since it was from her side, I don't count that.
So it was just a hi to a young gentleman, who unfortunately did not greet me back. I think I was too serious in parts, I need to put on a better smile.

1/2 1h eye contact
1/50 Greetings

Could have gone better.

Are you 24 or 49? The "72" at the end of your screen name suggests 49.

Also, are there any places you can day game indoors? Or maybe try a cloudy day. Less people outside though.

Week 1 Day 2

Today I had to take care of some private business in the morning, so I postponed the exercise until the afternoon. In the afternoon, a girl I met a few weeks ago through online dating contacted me. She was free today and we went to a lake. We drank a little, had physical contact on the Pick Nick blanket. It was the second date, I definitely want to close the next one. Since the outdoor restaurant opened here in Berlin last week, we talked about a bar near my flat. I'll tackle that next weekend, maybe sooner.

In terms of the DJBC, no progress. I'll have to work harder the rest of the week.

“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.
