I like to cook and no, I don't wear an apron. Here it is and it's easy.

Gitcha a skillett. Throw some tilapia, shrimp, scallops or whatever. Find yourself some cajun seasoning and put it on the fish and seafood of your choosing. Chop up some green onions and throw them in. Be a bit liberal with the onions. Garlic is also optional (I prefer it but some don't like garlic).

Here is the kicker. Put some Italian salad dressing in there with all the stuff and let it cook on medium or a little higher for about 20-30 minutes. The seafood will both cook and marinate in the dressing. Simple. You can't fvck this up.

Serve with garlic bread or french bread and a side salad.

Chances are you will get laid. :D

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

That recipe would work on a grill, too, if you just wrap the food in foil.

Tony Chachere was the king of seasoning salt:

The 'extra hot' variety is my favorite.

If you like hot stuff, Sriracha chili sauce is another classic:

Have the chili sauce. Good stuff.

I'll give that creole seasoning a try. Thanks for the tip Bible.
