I agree that starting an interaction with a woman online makes it more likely to have a "one date, no sex, no second date" type interaction.

I don't agree with the part about a set up. I would think the threshold on a set up by a mutual acquaintance or friend would be lower than that of a swipe app. A lot of beta males get into relationships from social circle setups.

Sometimes u feel like u have great chemistry online and when u meet IRL, for whatever reason (in my case, some girls turned out to be a whale/catfish), the attraction is gone, just like that.
