"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

okay so to keep a long story short ... I still have feeling for someone I was seeing a few months ago to which fizzled out ... Now we're both on each other's social media and at the minute were playing Facebook likes tennis ... So what would be a good break the ice text too send her ... So she knows I'm interested? Surely it's not as simple as a quick 'hey' text?

"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.

It can be done. But it's a major pain in the ass. You need to decide if it's worth it.

There are about a thousand 'get your ex back' programs from the web, including 'text your ex back' ideas.

Technically she's not an ex we was just dating/fvcking! And yes I do think it's worth it, she's a cool girl ... Not a pycho or anything, I just need a decent approach

Then look up Michael Fiore's "Text Your Ex Back". But if you're going to do stuff like this, buy one and do the work. I have buds that have done this stuff. All he 'programs' amount to the same thing.

May God have mercy on your soul.

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

Kinda, sorta, maybe.....

One of them got back in touch and has seen an old flame. He thought she'd never speak to him as he ghosted her a couple of years earlier.
My mom married her hs sweetheart 35 years after the fact. But that may be different.

That's what I'm thinking ... Just hope I'm not misreading her signals, but she's the type of girl who's really forward, and if she liked me then she'd tell me ... Or st least I think she would.

"You Can't Argue a Woman Into Liking You"

You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.

She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.

Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.

Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.

No more keyboard jockeying . Action is the place.
"hey stranger what are you up to" REALLY.

That just screams weak dude. Shouldve just texted her saying "hi" or "hey" then some BS fluff talk, then ask when shes free, pick a day, go out. Simple. This whole beatingaround the bush bs must stop.

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

Recall a good memory with her - Me and a couple friends went to (place you and her went) and (did __________). That place was fun! Like the time you and I ________...

Keep it short, make her smile.

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.
