I wouldn't call here a fatty. She's had too much plastic surgery and it makes her face look funny. I suspect she's had lipo done. When a person gets lipo the doctors remove fat cells from the body, usually around the waist, hips thighs and butt. The fat has to collect somewhere and it tends to collect in the face and/or chest.
