The dude is pretty popular in Turkey. He's also a Turkish music artist. Thus, instant cred with some attractive females along with all those companies paying $$$ for sponsorship.

Writes his own songs, releases videos and sells merch (and songs). Pretty much what a music artist does. He prob. wrote/sings the songs so he didn't have to worry copyright issues in Turkey in a public forum.
