I don't think anyone wants to be gay. People don't like to be riddiculed if they can prevent it so it has to be more to it then "chose to be gay". I don't think they have a choice.

I am a huge fan of Frank's music. This news (which I somewhat expected) changes nothing for me. I'm proud of him that he was able to admit that, considering his career and how poorly it could potentially be for his career. But, my thoughts of him or his music don't change because of this.

I think he is one of the best lyricists/writers/artists in the genre right now, and it will really be a shame if his music takes a hit because of this.

Don't be giving me that liberal emotional side talk either. I might suggest a reevaluation in what you think is praiseworthy and deserves feelings of pride. I can almost guarantee if you look a bit harder you'll see another pillow biter coming out is not all that great and courageous.

I like Frank Ocean's music. He's a talented writer more so than a singer. Most people probably only know "Novacaine" and "No church in the wild"

People were talking about this today at lunch. So i went and read a few things.

From what i can find he's not a complete f@g. He came out that his first love was with a man. But he does like women. So, I guess he's bi (some articles mention this; some don't).

Not that that makes a huge difference. But, it at least makes it so his music about women isn't a complete facade (Ricky Martin).

the thing about frank ocean is that he has talent that transcends perceptions. **** even if they don't buy his music he can go back to ghost writing and he's one of the best in the business at that.
