“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

I have had some serious issues with anxiety in the past and still do today, but I am also a heavy caffeine drinker (2 red bulls a day). I have decreaed my intake before and found the anxiety is reduced. I want to quit completely though and I am hoping that this will make me feel more comfortable about approaching women and just strangers in general. Do you think this could have a significant change on my behavior if I quit?

Yes. Caffeine isn't something you should be regularly consuming; on top of the sleep issues it causes it also can increase anxiety.

I used to drink coffee every morning. I quit and now I don't crash in the afternoon. I've never had any anxiety issues but I don't think anyone should be consuming caffeine on a regular basis. I only consume coffee/tea or caffeinated soda 2-3 times a week now, and always make sure it's around the early afternoon so it doesn't affect the productivity of my day (if I crash it's in the evening) or my sleep.

Ive never really drunk caffeinated drinks. I dont even drink soft drinks often.

Try replacing the redbull with healthy alternatives, water, milk, fruit juice etc. So long as you are drinking somthing refreshing it should help you stay away from the caffeine.

Cure.

Caffiene messes with hormones, cortisol being one (stess hormone). You'll have more of a balance if you cut it out, but expect to be very tired the first 2-3 days.

I have read articles that said if caffeine was a recent found drug it would be controlled by like the FDA. caffeine does really work you up. also eating foods in sugar and foods that are not healthy can really affect that too. the thing is to get exercise everyday, good exercise and eat good food. you can eat junk food but in moderations and maybe once a week at the most. try it and you will figure it out and what exactly to do.
