Two schools of thought here.
One is to just show up and have a great time if she shows or doesn't show.
The other is to ping 24 hours before the date and bust on her a bit.
Obviously, you don't want to ask her if she's going to show up.
You say something like ready to get your butt kicked in pool, bowling, darts (applies to an activity assumed with date) or on the same day looking forward to tonight.
The question on whether to text or not depends on a few things.
In this case I would because it's been a week since you last spoke and she may think you are flaking.
Pinging her will give you a good idea if she's going to show up. She'll either give you some bs as to why she can't meet up or she'll confirm to you that she'll be there.
Of course her confirming means nothing unless she shows up, but it's more likely.
