Drinking lowers testosterone anad raises estrogen! No more drinking for you. Your health is being affected. Libido is a part of health. (A part- you can be healthy in other areas!).
Sleeping too much is a symptom, maybe a cause of low testosterone or something of that sort.
Stop wacking off, eat more fruits and vegetables, more nuts and beans, seeds, so on. You may like to roast the seeds, I like roasted sesame (black or normal) and then crushed. If you don't like to eat fruits, just make a shake every meal with two or three, or more fruits. Try that for a month or something. Deal? The libido is sex drive oriented not the part of your brain that tells you to like the opposite sex. Alcohol consumption just makes you fat and bloated I havent seen anywhere that it increases estrogen. But more fat = more estrogen and when people drink they usually eat a lot too causing weight gain and more fat cells to be created. Also masturbation is fine that only effects of it are psychological . For example you realize you have to get yourself off alone in your room on a friday night instead of a girl doing it for you.

EDIT - if your going to take any test. boosters go for d-aspartic acid its natural and increases your test. by 43% in 12 days and then slowly declines back to normal levels once you get off it.
