“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

I work out around 4-5 time sa week, and am currently cutting (and have been for about 2 weeks).

I do legs back and biceps

and the next day I do chest / triceps / shoulders

on the days wehre I do Legs back and Biceps, I do an ab workout (pretty intense, usually lasts around 30 mins, and I do 10 mins cardio) The cardio is 10 minutes of running at about a 6 mph pace.

On my days wehre I do chest / triceps / Shoulders I don't do an ab work out, and just do hardcore cardio. I do about 45 mins cardio and it totals out to around 4 miles and ... 400 or so calories burned. Is this a good amount of cardio / good work out plan for cardio?

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Seems ok. I do the same, only 40 minutes cardio.

Some "hardcore bodybuilders" suggest that you shouldn't be running more than 40 minutes or you'll lose muscle mass. (scared ;))

What's your target heart rate? Just seems a bit strange, cause I burn 800-900 caliories in 40 mins

Chances are he's running on a treadmill and it tells him he burned 400 calories. Treadmills are so inaccurate it's not even funny.
