Many careers, like mine, involve quite a lot of time sitting on your butt in an office. I am worried about the long term effects this will have on health. For instance will I get a big ass from sitting so much, or depressed? Sometimes I do feel depressed sitting in such cloistered environment, and I feel isolated. If I follow an exercise regimen after work like 30 minutes of cardio and wight lifting 4x a week will I stay OK? What do you guys do? Thanks.

Learn to exercise in your chair man! Get pumped, start head banging, just do random goofy things in your chair...

Your boss going to be pissed at you? Write an office memo that everybody should be doing the exact same excercises as you to stimulate blood flow to the brain!

After work, go work out, play a sport, do something; you only have to sit on your @ss 8 of the 24 hours in a day.
