“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

Yeah... thanks CR but I'll pass. I have my first year in nursing and I understand that.

I'll do some research into tachycardia and find out how come my teachers and that doctor wasn't worried about me.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

For me the normal is like 100(I think not sure) but once I pushed it too 182 on the elliptical trainer. Is it risky if I keep such a high heart rate for say 5 min or so?

Wow, in my studies in school and my degree in the field, I have never heard of that. If I had told a professor someone had a RHR of 140 he'd ask what type of animal. YIKES. Yeah, get it checked or re-check the count. Some people do screw up, but its hard.

Yeah, at the BPM you'd be dead.

If I woke up in bed and did a RHR and got that, i'd be headed to the DR. Even at 100 bpm.

I may also suggest an Exercise Physiologist who specializes in the heart area. There are many out there, and can be MUCH better at helping than your plain Dr.

In hell. I'm Satan's lover.
My resting heart rate is 59 at the moment. Last time I asked the doctor to check it was 61 bpm. Running hard gets it up pretty high but 300+? Get it checked you may have an extra/irregular beat.

LOL everyone on this board must have really high blood pressure. If you're normal, heart rate should be around 110/70 a min. I have low blood pressure so it's around 100/60 a min. The highest I ever been is around 160... lol over 200 is wrong... and def not healthy. Smoking causes high blood pressure too... really not good for your veins.

My resting heartrate is 140, I push my heartrate to high 200s all the time.

I should just go see a doctor.

Sounds like nobody here is going to have any experience with this.
Perhaps you're overlooking the obvious?

You're a gay vampire. Whenever you get the urge to suck blood you mistakingly chug c0ck? That would be the ONLY way someone would be walking around with heartrate of 140 first thing in the morning.

Squeeze a blood orange and then bite the pillow . . .

If you feel your heartbeat isn't normal, see a doctor, don't put your life in our hands.

This should have been done a long time ago.
