“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Hey guys

Last week, April 2nd, was doing squats and I pulled a muscle at some point.

Took the rest of the week off, no weights, no cardio, no gym period. Had some tightness just over my left knee, sort of the teardrop muscle, don't know what it's called.

Anyways, came back this monday, stretched it and whatnot, didn't feel tight or sore at all, so I moved on to the squat rack.

Doing the pyramid sets, yadd yadda, all is well. Then I get up to 225 and on the 2nd rep, I feel the injury again, so i finish the rep and rack the bar. I did some low intensity, 40 minute cardio afterwards.

What should I be doing to best heal the obvious injury I have as fast as possible? And how long should I expect to be avoiding legs?

“The 22 Rules That Turned Me From Invisible to Irresistible With Women… Starting Tonight”

You can skip the expensive cars, the fancy clothes, and the endless gym selfies. Completely unnecessary.

I used to freeze the second a beautiful woman looked my way. Frustrated. Awkward. Watching other guys walk away with the girl while I stood there tongue-tied.

Then I discovered 22 simple rules that rewired my entire dating life. The anxiety vanished. Conversations flowed effortlessly. Women started chasing me for a change.

These rules trigger a woman's subconscious attraction switches. And you can start using them tonight.

At least you didn't dislocate your knee 2 weeks ago like I did. I can't do anything remotely bending my knee beyond a few degrees. Yet it's completely stable to do things like SLDL. But i can't do any form of cardio.

It's just generally pissing me off. You probably don't have to do anything but rest it for a week or two.
