Pull: What do you watch on Netflix? What do you do for Fun?

Recently had a Tinder date where I was able to go straight to her house. We had some drinks, and I was able to close it. A situation came up that I’ve encountered in the past, though.

After we had a couple drinks, I went into her room. We sat on her bed, and she turned on the TV while we chatted a bit. She asked me “what do I watch?” As she pulled up her Netflix. And honestly, I have no freaking clue. I’ve been working so much lately to get myself out of a bad financial situation and successfully move to a big city. I’d say it’s been around 65-80 hour weeks(taking into account my main job, any OT needed, and any studying.) When you add in gym and cold approach, I have had zero time to watch any TV or Netflix. The best I can do is 30 mins a day to myself before bed.

So that created a bit of an awkward situation.. where we were running through shows and I had seen none of them. I think the only one I had really seen was Stranger Things? We put that on, and I was able to close the deal from there.

But still, not really having time to watch Netflix has come back to bite me before. I’m still working a ton to get to a stable financial spot, so I don’t see myself having much free time any time soon. I realize this is a really niche scenario, but how could I handle this? (I suppose the obvious answer is to just watch Netflix 30 mins before bed..) Since this has come up before, wanted to ask about it.

I'm going to make this super easy for you since you're overanalyzing a problem that doesn't exist...

She doesn't care what you watch or what you put on...she just wants to have some background noise so she's not fixated and getting self-conscious about the noise she'll make during sex.

Music is a little more direct, so most girls will want to "watch" something to ease into it more naturally.

TV is just an excuse to get in bed together bro. One that always worked- everyone knows what it means.

Last time me and this girl got in bed together to watch some dumb movie that she picked, I literally watched it for entire 10 seconds before I told her: "how long do you think we can pretend to watch this before we jump on each other?"
She chuckled and responded with "I dont know, probably not too long", and we immediately got down to it.
(it was our second time having seks)

She knew what was gonna happen and why we're both there, it would just be a waste of time to watch this movie that we're not really interest in any longer.

However, If I really want to watch a movie with her (which is rare), we have secks first and watch the movie afterwards. It's the only way you can focus on a movie.

For many years I went with out tv. I had zero idea what shows were on. Never once was it an issue with whatever girl I got with.

Im with the other posters on here...why has not watching Netflix come back to bite you ? How ? What does it matter wether you have watched everything,some things,or nothing ? Turn off the TV,Pop on some Vangelis and get stuck in lad

That's the point.

She wasn't saying "Hey, tell me about your favorite TV Shows...:"

She was saying: "What do you want to watch while we bang?"

So all you really needed to do was say something like:

"Hey, I've hard about that one, it looks interesting, let's watch that..."
