“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

I remember reading on a thread here that someone read Dr. Maxwell Maltz's "Psycho-Cybernetics" and said that it helped them develop a better self-image. From the reviews of that book it seems to be a powerful tool in working your inner-game through a better self-image. I've been reading it and trying to do the exercises for almost a week. Anyone else know anything about this book? Is it the "life changer" that I've heard it can be?

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

I'm reading it now. I've heard a lot about it and finally decided to have a look myself. It seems brilliant so far, I'm almost halfway through. In almost every chapter I realize something important. A lot of it parallels a lot of other inner game and spiritual stuff I've been going through lately.

I would definately like to hear other peoples opinions of it.

To Shake_it, make a journal and keep doing the exercises for a month and I'm sure you will find out for yourself ;)

yep, that book is a definate. Make sure you make it a real habit to visualize or something like that everyday. it takes a while to reprogram yourself, but its worth it. Most champion athletes swear by that method.

I'm reading the original version, ninth printing. I'll start keeping a journal of my visualizations. Are the relaxation exercises very useful? I know that the visualization exercies are key.
