"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

I asked a girl to prom 2 1/2 months before it. When I first asked and a month later she was into me , but then we could not talk and she got a BF and it seems she is losing interest in me and is gona bail at the last minute.(or just go to it like a chore to be nice)

I'm going to tell her that I dont want to go to prom with her becuase of the interest drop and her new BF and go with another girl who wants to date me and go to prom becuase she is more interested with me and I like her too.

How can I explain this in the best possible way? Considering I asked her and the prom is less then a month away.

Should I talk to her alone or in class?

I'm bad at explaining things.

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

Do you really give a sh*t if she has a boyfriend? I don't, I'll stab his ass with a spork. Go, have fun, try to get some ass./

Then go ahead, but ask her BEFORE you tell the other girl you don't wanna go. Cuz that way, you might not have a date at all. Hoes down, G's up.

doesnt matter just tell her what you think, remember a DJ isnt a desperate person. By the way dont go and beat up his BF, that will just make other girls think you are desperate

im with acdc...never quit a job unless you've already got interviews for new ones. secure the date and tell her "sorry, but i wanna go with another girl"...dont even mention the fact that SHE has a boyfriend and SHE is less interested now. you wanted to go with another girl and you guys havent talked lately, so your going with another girl.

Why not just ask if she's comfortable going with you or wether she can go with her boyfriend and you can explore other avenues.
