"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

Had 5 tacos for dinner, gave me huge sh1t cramps...i think i may have pushed too hard, and it felt like i had to keep ****ting after i was all out...eventually bright red blood showed up on my TP, and a little in the toilet. I can feel a little bump on my A$$hole:cuss: : . Ive had a little blood on the TP in the past , but this was 100 X more blood than iver ever seen. I think i may have popped a hemroid. Im not at all surprised, it was bound to happen, with my straining at the gym, prolonged sitting periods studying, stress, high protein diet...My question is any of you have experience with this? i figured you would becuase most of you lift weights, please help in a little worried...thanks guys

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

Good thing the blood is red. I think dark blood that comes out from INSIDE of your sh1t means you have colorectal cancer.

For example, if your sh1t kind of breaks open and blood starts coming out from the INSIDE of it...a dark red color like dried old blood, then you may have colorectal cancer.

Bright red is definitely hemmroids.

Yeah this has happened to like...everyone except vegetarians haha. Get more fiber in your diet bro. Happened to me when I stopped eating salad at every meal. This kind of thing doesn't happen anymore. Also is you're SUPER worried get it checked out by your doc, but I've been too embarassed and it's always bright red so no worries.

Guess again. I'm vegetarian.

Some people will get one 'roid and never get another. I've had like two or three in my life. Be thankful that you don't have it bad, because some people get them very badly.

Were those tacos hard shell? Anything that can come out sharp or rough can cut you and make a 'roid. I have gotten them once from blue corn chips, also from sunflower seed kernels in a salad. Fiber is good, but also avoid anything that can come out with sharp edges.

Try Prep H, witch hazel, tuck's pads, or a cold-compress to that area. Roids suck, but there are worse problems to have.

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

Just get SEEN by your doc.

Blood in the stool MUST be worked up.

Likely there's no big giant problem, but...........

it might not even be a hemorrhoid, you might just have strained too hard and it had a blood tinge to it, and it may never happen again.
most hemorrhoids you can feel when it is time to wipe, use witch hazel to clean it and ease the pain and it helps heal them. also use prep h and it should be gone in a day or two.

you might want to make sure you dont have a Pilonidal Cyst

many many people have one and mistake it for hemroids.

its not life threatening..but getting it removed is a pretty long process and painful

Yeah, not to scare you...but blood in your stool can be serious. All you need to do is get one of those cards from your doctors office and have it analyzed.

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

there was no blood on the stool itself, just the TP from wiping

Same deal. Well, not exactly, but equally of concern.

Probably it's just hemorrhoids, but GET CHECKED.

Pilonidal cysts don't act this way.
