"The Kiss of Death Mistake"

You replay the conversation at 2 a.m. She texted back fast yesterday. Today, nothing. Was that smile friendly or flirty? What did the shoulder touch mean?

Every hour you spend decoding her signals drains your confidence and hands her the controls. Women can sense that insecurity from across the room — and it repels them.

One of the "22 Rules" kills the obsession on the spot: assume she likes you, and act accordingly. Sounds too simple. Works anyway.

Her interest tends to rise to meet your expectations. Psychologists call it a self-fulfilling prophecy.

I'm sure the guys in the fitness forum can help you out bro. I have a very high metabolism too, but I've been able to gain weight slowly thanks to the help of some of the guys on here.

Eat more man... Drink plenty of water with vitamins. Start a high protein diet. Start working out. Little to no cardio. You won't be seing results in a week. Took me a month to start seing results.

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

Unfortunately I can't bulk up. Extremely high metabolism. I've done the gym, home workout, drink 3 800 calorie shakes a day for a week (consumed about 4000 calories), nothing.
I'm in the same boat as you. I drink 2 800 calorie shakes a day, do a full workout every other day and push-ups/sit-ups on in between days, and I'm 6'2" and 165 pounds. *cries*

Your going to need to take in alot more calories than that...

It's all about the diet, trying taking in 4000 - 5000 calories a day and see what happens.

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

The point is we'll get some sort of an idea of how the people on this forum look like. From what I've seen so far.. It's comprised of mostly nerds :p

Well, there's some decent-looking fellas here. I have learned the hard way not to post any too-personal information on the internet, no way no how, so you'll have to forgive me for not showing my pic, but in my completely unbiased opinion (of course) I belong to the upper half. Though NeonBase would probably think I look nerdy, as I wear glasses. =)

In the thread on how you rate your own appearance I clicked 3 out of 5, noting to my surprise that most posters, by far, clicked 4 or 5 for themselves. I began to wonder: is this a forum of male models? Judging from this thread I'd say no. It seems we look like an average mix, which is what you would expect. So what's with all the guys clicking 4 and 5? No, I won't say anything further - let's keep our dreams.... :)
