My PWO shake consists of:

50g Whey
1 cup Oats (55g carbs)
1 cup Skim Milk
3 Strawberries

My question is am I taking in enough carbs post-workout and should I be taking in simple carbs instead of complex carbs?

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Uh yes that's what the original post says. Several times. Simple carbs.

50g of whey and that 70g of carbs of whatever you have there is plenty.

I take 2.25 scoops of whey and 4 tablespoons of gatorade powder. 54g protein and 52g carbs

Why don't we use more protein than just 50ish grams? why not 75? why not 100?
