I just started working out last week. Im 6foot 1 inch and weigh 160 IBs, so my first priority is to gain weight. the routine that I am currently doing is off this website http://www.sport-fitness-advisor.com/dumbbellexercises.html. I do three sets 10 reps in each exercise and I do the first 4 body groups on day 1 and next 4 on day 2. As far as eating goes I don't really have a set schedule, however I added 4 protein shakes a day + a can of tuna to ensure I get enough protein. Can anyone offer me suggestions to improve my routine.
BTW I only have access to a set of dumbells and a bench but will get a gym membership after school is over. Thanks in advance.
