Please critique my routine

I just started working out last week. Im 6foot 1 inch and weigh 160 IBs, so my first priority is to gain weight. the routine that I am currently doing is off this website http://www.sport-fitness-advisor.com/dumbbellexercises.html. I do three sets 10 reps in each exercise and I do the first 4 body groups on day 1 and next 4 on day 2. As far as eating goes I don't really have a set schedule, however I added 4 protein shakes a day + a can of tuna to ensure I get enough protein. Can anyone offer me suggestions to improve my routine.

BTW I only have access to a set of dumbells and a bench but will get a gym membership after school is over. Thanks in advance.

you can't do everything with just dumbells

do you go to the gym?

i'll just quickly list some good and proven exercises for each muscle

Biceps: dumbell Curls, hammer curls, concentration curls, barbell

Tris: skullcrushers, rope pulldown, dips, tricept kickbacks, close grip bench

Shoulders: lat rasies, dumbell press, barbell press, barbell raises

Chest: bench, incline/decline bench, dumbell presses, incline presses, flys

Back: reverse grip wide pull ups, bend over barbell rows, machine row,

look around here or google, you'll find much better work out routines that what i just slapped up in a few minutes

if you're not going to the gym, because i know gym gets expensive, then buy dumbells and maybe those exercises on that link you provided would be best for you
