"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

Ok Im a naturaly confidence guy and when I meet the girl in real life I have no problem talking to her, touching her,but on the phone I normaly dont know what to talk about and its awkard any tips on what to talk about on the phone?

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Should have gotten rapport with her before getting her number then this wouldn't be an issue.

Maybe if you have some trouble thinking of things to say, then you can take out a paper and have some default topics. This type of crutch might work short-term, but long-term you need to be able to do this creation on the fly.

If one topic runs dry (preferably before), then just transition into something else or revive the other thread. You just need to talk to more people on the phone. Go sign up on some random dating site or go out and get random #s from people to practice on.

It is a really bad idea to try memorizing ' routines' or things to say. I have some things I use all the the time sure, but I never try to memorize them word for word. I also only use them when it would be natural for them to come up. If you're ever thinking "which routine should I use", then the routines are hurting you. You've lost the natural flow of the conversation. Maybe practice taping your calls for review is a good idea, but not trying to run a script. Talking to people will be a lot of fun once you learn to let go.

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

This thread reminds me of the guy on the "40 Year Old Virgin" movie when he couldn't find the willpower within to speak to the lady that he eventually married on the telephone.

I hate speaking to girls on the phone myself, I'm glad that I am married and don't have to do it anymore.

I would suggest that you take a deep breathe as you are dialing her number then talk in the deepest voice possible and focus on positive things when you are speaking to her.

I hate talkin on the phone too,im better at it now once i know the person but i still have to write down topics on paper just in case, i might start of usin a couple but then if u guys have any chemistry whatsoever....u wont be usin that paper but for maybe just to gett started. If u come to a point where its really akward silence or u can sense akward silence coming i always say "let me call u back" or "i gotta go" and end on a high note. That also seems like sometimes it makes em a little jealous. Or depending on the chick shell think its rude and not appreciate it.

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.
