Petition against Ashlee Simpson

I think that just about everyone can agree that she has very little talent singing. She's humilated herself twice on tv and she places the blame on everyone but her.

Well some people have gone far enough to put together a petition to silence her which I think is really funny. Heres the link:

I empathize, but she'll be around until mainstream pop culture deems her irrelevant. We've already been shown that being exposed as a lip syncher means nothing anymore, in fact, it's supposedly the norm. This is opposed to the Milli Vanilli incident just over a decade ago. While Milli Vanilli vanished almost the instant they screwed up, Ashlee Simpson was given the honor of co-hosting the D!ck Clark New Years Program in his absence, and will soon be getting her own tv show.

What's the point?

I don't blame her for any of this. I blame the listeners who believed, at first, she had more talent than her sister; her sister, by the way, isn't very talented either. It's our generation, ladies and gentlemen, that should carry the blame....it's our generation that love these "pop divas" who cannot sing.
