If she's single and goes out with her friends, but isn't a huge partier, then you could definitely start an LTR with a girl you meet at a bar.

Girls are social creatures, especially the hot ones. You'd be really limiting your pool if you avoided all girls who go out.

IMO, it is not about absolutes. It's about probability.

If I wanted to find myself a party girl who likes being out until 3 am every weekend, my odds of finding such a woman at the gym at 8 am is going to be pretty low.

If I wanted to find a woman who is responsible, healthy, ready for a LTR and marriage and wants to have children, my odds of finding such a woman liquored up at bar at 2am isn't going to be favorable either.

Obviously, this does not mean women who go to bars never hit the gym, or women who go to the gym never hit the bars. But if 'm looking for a needle, my first choice isn't going to be to sift through a haystack.

It will be to start looking in closets and drawers.

Oh, you didn't know. They also have nude photos of themselves on adult dating websites too and they meet up with Chads for anonymous sex.

For example, I went on Adult Friend-Finder in the past. About half of the crazy slvtty profiles on there I also saw on plenty_of_fish dating site. Remember a number of women on a legit dating site that you think may be a decent lady you are seeing, has profiles on those types of sites, and hey, maybe have revenge porn of them circulating somewhere.

3. A lone wolf business woman who wants to have a beer after work.

Obviously the #2 and #3 category makes up a SMALL percentage of the women there. And you would probably meet them early in the night, not at closing time lol.
