Some people are just naturally toned.... so they're prolly just wondering if your really putting in the work to look that way, or if you just have great genetics. I lift weights and sometimes I'll ask someone if they lift for that very reason. And lifting weights is like a fraternity. It's like if you love star wars and then one day u see a guy wearing a Luke skywalker shirt you'd think to yourself, I wonder if that guy is into star wars like me or is he just wearing the shirt cuz it looks nice. With you a guy is thinking... does that guy workout hard, or is he just naturally like that
 

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

My Tanita Ironman bodyfat scale summarizes the body types well, using a rating of 1-9. It makes a 3x3 grid. On the worst corner (a 1) a person has lots of fat, and no muscle. On the far corner ( a 9) a person has little fat and lots of muscle. All combinations are represented. Over the 6 years I've had it, I've seen my rating (which started a 5) go as low as 2 (49% water, 25% fat) and as high as 9 (60% water, 8% fat). This explains why on some days women throw themselves at me and some days they run.

Women are like human bodyfat scales.
Bodyfat scales are highly inaccurate at best.

Yes, but day over day, at the same time of day, they indeed show you a lot about your state.

For example, whenever I would score, I would score 6-9. When I felt sick, I would score 2-5.

And if you graph your fat % over time, it shifts gradually, not suddenly.

One puzzling part is whether you call yourself Athletic or not. This results in drastically lower body fat.
