a couple of things here you can do, when you are a beginner.

This is common advice, but I think it defeats the whole purpose. What is the point of messing around with a girl if you can't think of anything sexual? There are many good ways to deal with premature ejaculation, and thinking about your grandma isn't one of them. Besides, you'll train yourself to get a woody whenever you see your grandparents :crackup:
