"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

is red meat really that essential??

I've been eating more lean meats like turkley and chicken and also a lot of salmon.

I'm not a massive fan on red meat, used to be a veggie.

No, it's not essential persay but red meat (beef in particular) is complete protein with all the amino acids so you're limiting yourself if you don't source at least a proportion of your protein grams from it.

For me, the difference was immense when I stopped following the 'extra clean' tuna, chicken breast and egg white diet, threw in a load of red meat and whole eggs and I just blew up, muscle-wise. Keeping the lean protein for my evening meals ensured that my bodyfat was kept in check.

People who eat egg whites, chicken and tuna and expect to get big are just kidding themselves - that's precontest fare for competing bodybuilders.

If you think you'll get big on just lean proteins like chicken and fish then you're wrong.. you'll get big(ger) but it'll take you longer. The simple truth is that these foods, while being reasonable sources of protein, just don't pack the calorific punch required for serious growth .. I'm talking SERIOUS growth though, which not everyone is after.

And if you don't like red meat, well, you don't like red meat! I'd throw down a kg or two of steak mince in a day pretty easily. Yum!

Try to like it.. if you really can't you really can't, but if you add say 100g of beef protein in your daily intake for two or three months, I'm sure you'll see a difference.

"You Can't Argue a Woman Into Liking You"

You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.

She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.

Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.

Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.

cheers for that.

I do eat some red meat, just don't exactly feel a desire to eat it, unless its a bbq, mind you, I only started eating salmon about a month ago, and now am eating it almost daily.

i'm not trying to get massive, and will probably get where i want to be on my current diet, but if red meat will speed it up, i'll try and make the effort.

thing is though, chicken, turkey and salom are all so easy to throw in a sandwich, and takes less than 5 minutes. Where as you have to cook red meat. :(

what do you eat all that mince with?

Depends on what time of day it is, what meal it is, etc etc.

If it's pro/carb then with basmati rice, pasta, or I put the meat in pitta bread or wrap it in wholewheat tortillas.. (with a little salsa, quark and lightly fried peppers, lovely).

If it's pro/veggies then with a load of cooked veg or a salad.

If it's pro/fat then maybe with scrambled eggs/pancakes, or add a small protein drink with olive/flax oil to it.

Functional eating my man. When I'm eating for pleasure I'd just grab a 16oz t-bone and a boatload of fetta cheese..

Or I cook the meat with a load of canned tomatoes and spices..

Or just the spices..

Or make burgers out of it..

I don't skimp on condiments either, I found out a long time ago that if your food doesn't taste nice there's no way you're gonna force it down the hatch - I use mustard (good old Colemans plus other types, french or german mustard in large amounts is good), ketchup, some of those Heinz peppercorn/sundried tomato sauce, BBQ sauce.. low-carb sauces when I can find them.

Damn, I'm hungry now.

Ack i'm glad i saw this. I'd been eating mostly ground turkey (as burgers), chicken, tuna, and whole eggs for protein. Guess i'll mix in some red ground cow for my burgers instead of just thinkin i'm all healthy and special for doing turkey stead of a mooer.

I cook large batches at once on like sunday or monday and just throw it in tupperware and it lasts through the week for meals during work.

Same thing with whole wheat spaghetti and such.

Meat lasts fairly decently cooked already in the fridge. At least i haven't gotten any diseases yet.

I also keep about a dozen cans of tuna and a cannister of oatmeal in my desk :)

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

Right on MrRuckus - preparation in advance is a big part of our game.

There's nothing wrong with eating clean as such - just remember your body needs calories just as much as anything else, don't be afraid to chow down. You have to give a little to gain a lot in many cases - I'm not saying expanding your waistline along with your bicep size, but if you're paranoid about keeping a sixpack or whatever as well as putting muscle on the rest of you then likely as not you're not eating enough for fear of smoothing out.

And chances are that you can keep your sixpack and all that, you've just got to be intelligent about it. There's no need to get fat, but no need to eat like you're two weeks away from a bodybuilding show..

i have vague memories of reading it when i was little!

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.
