Hi guys, I'm a newbie in this part of the forum.

I just have one question: Are there any good excercises I could do for my pecs with dumbells? I really want to work them up strong cause they are kinda flat. I only have dumbells, so I would really like to know any good exercises for them.

You could try:
-Incline/flat/decline dumbell flyes
-Incline/flat/decline dumbell presses
-pullovers

those are the first that come to my head.

How heavy are these dumbells? You're not going to be able to do much if they're just little 20 pounders.

Basic, press up hands under shoulders.
vary with trangle press ups and wide press ups.
I remember someone saying the bench press is one of the best for the pecs, weight and reps determining mass or toning effect.
