There are several things wrong with this idea, I'm just going to point out three..

1) "Looking popular" and actually "being popular" are two different things.

2) Expect most guys to take the money laughing and do very little "helping".

but most importantly...

3) You are only attempting to cure your "symptoms", when you should ALWAYS attempt to cure the "disease".

The "disease" being the fact that you have very little self-esteem and need the approval of others to feel valued.

What's the point of "introduce me to lots of sorority peeps" when you're probably going to weird them out when they find out you paid random guys 1000s of dollars to introduce you to them? Or when you keep following them around imitating everything they do?

Save your money and be honest with yourself...what are you afraid of? Write it all down on a list. Then describe why you are afraid of them?

Accurate diagnosis will solve half the problem...only then can you go about trying to improve your situation.

I don't pay them everything up front. I pay them bi-weekly.

Every 2 weeks, two thousand dollars or something.

If they don't help me, they stopped getting paid,

Why would they want to lose 2000 dollars potentially every 2 weeks?

problem number one, it don't matter if they will introduce any girl they know, you will be incapable in doing anything because if knowing people is your problem then it won't solve it,

You should put in the time for improving yourself and your internal skills and internal motivation. Faking up all the popularity, even looks and money alone won't do it (although it can for a time). Any facade will wear itself down from the inside out.

I also see you haven't learned value of effort, since your solution is to throw money at it. Most likely have not earned any of it either, since the level of it is entirely not conservative and over-valued. Money can be a great tool, but in poor hands, it can be useless.
