Women can be very competitive and cannibalistic when competition appears. Western women like to give themselves reassurance that they have a monopoly on men in their immediate vicinity. Whenever a guy has resources to travel and now has an entire planet of options at his disposal, that monopoly is threatened. This is why "Passport bros" are spoken about negatively by women that know about them.

This reminds of the ugly girls on the student council that tried to restrict prom attendance to only students enrolled in the school. They genuinely thought that guys would suddenly be into them if they were not allowed to bring prettier girls from other schools to the prom.

Depends on you

If you have no success in your own country then it is very unlikely that you will go to other places ( poor or not ) and magically be successful

But again, I see people here that brag about hitting women in their 70s so I would say that by default people who promote this have really low expectations in terms of women. Something along the line “ as long as she has a pulse and a whole in front “ most likely

I lived for the last couple of years in Spain and because I still do not speak really good Spanish I tend to have a lower success rate with girls that do not speak English. And Spanish people for example do not really speak that well anything besides Spanish. So from a statistics point of view o am doing worse abroad than in my country or English speaking countries

If you would go to countries that people for some reason do not speak English almost at all then you are f8cked as you will have to learn the language ( and this can take a couple of good years ) or be extremely lucky in finding women that speak English

If you are average to above-average looking and have decent amounts of money, you can probably be pretty successful with attractive women in any country where the majority of the population is in poverty. This is pretty buying a mail-order bride, but skipping the mail-order part and going straight to the source.

More developed nations will likely be just as difficult, if not more difficult than one's home country. Some countries like Japan tend have a more abrasive attitude towards westerners. I have heard stories of American guys not being able to get into certain bars and clubs, even if they have a native Japanese person with them.
