Im going to a party tonight and the same girl had a party a couple months before and there was a lot of grinding and everytime i grind i feel like an idiot and im not completely sure how to grind can someone please help me

As a guy there isnt much you need to do. Be confident in whatever you do, which is just holding her hips or anywhere else you want . Most girls do the all the moves and for you it just feels good. Yeah I do this a few times. Its is a good excuse if you look like a dork when your dancing.

When grinding I usually go behind them. I just like it that way. I'll usually change us depending on how into it the girl is.

When your griding from the back her ass is in your crotch. Either keep your hands off her and dance like your in a rap video or keep your hands on her and let them explore. Don't go overboard with the exploration if she isn't into it.

I'll usually keep my hands on her thighs, pockets, on her hands which are resting on her legs or on her cash and prizes.

If your griding from the front keep one leg in between her to do a little stimulation. I'll usually keep on hand on her lower back while the other one isn't touching her or is holding her hand in the air.
