Yeah I do this a few times. Its is a good excuse if you look like a dork when your dancing.
When grinding I usually go behind them. I just like it that way. I'll usually change us depending on how into it the girl is.
When your griding from the back her ass is in your crotch. Either keep your hands off her and dance like your in a rap video or keep your hands on her and let them explore. Don't go overboard with the exploration if she isn't into it.
