Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.
I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.
Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules. Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.
You can skip the expensive cars, the fancy clothes, and the endless gym selfies. Completely unnecessary.
I used to freeze the second a beautiful woman looked my way. Frustrated. Awkward. Watching other guys walk away with the girl while I stood there tongue-tied.
Then I discovered 22 simple rules that rewired my entire dating life. The anxiety vanished. Conversations flowed effortlessly. Women started chasing me for a change.
These rules trigger a woman's subconscious attraction switches. And you can start using them tonight.

do not mix cardio and weights together. otherwise your good to go
depends upon your phenotype...your diet is secondary. protein before hand will do little or nothing to prevent you from burning muscle. your body adapts to how much cardio you do. bcaas and glutamine are a waste of money. but its pocketbook.Originally posted by The_Shezzler
but does too much cardio have any altercations on the amount of muscle you have.
I do cardio like - 3 times a week (heavy) gym - maybe twice - does too much cardio burn off muscle instead of fat?
Thanks

hey alex.... if you're doin low intensity cardio in the morning, do you still pop somethign before hand??
For example, this morning, i popped a glass of green tea, then went walking. Brisk, from my house to the gym (15 mins) and then on the treadmill, 3.5 mph at 8 incline (15 mins) almost puked, then walked back... (15 mins) and almost puked again on the way back.
Had my bfast about 30 mins after the last walk...
heheh... yeah, i gotta get into the cardio routine. I'm not used to it, and i'm always feeling like it's not enough if I don't break a sweat and such. The gym was stuffy tho, i think that was why i felt a little queasy.Originally posted by Warboss Alex

one should only do cardio for heart health not fat burning-use full body training to burn fat.

You can overdo cardio mate. Take it slow and steady. Do cardio on your offdays at first, monitor this over say two weeks, then added more/longer sessions if necessary.Originally posted by semag

I was good though at the end.
