OK then mate, start off with 3200 calories, 230g protein. Right now with the diet on the opposite page I think you're getting about 200g. Instead of 5 eggs per day, make it 12. Have your 5 at breakfast and then spread the rest over the day. you can cook them or mix raw eggs into your whey shakes, for example. :)
