So it seems like every once and awhile,I swear I shrink a little muscle wise. The past three times this has happened I would also swear that I hit a growth spert for my muscles(overall not a specific one) shortly after. Is this common or am is it my head just messing with me?

maybe your checkin up on your muscles too often.

I know one rule that applys to getting lean and big and going on a weight loss diet is not to check up on your self soo often.
