I am 200+, your height, not nearly as lean, my arms are about half your size, & I bench 400+.

I mean you look great, but I'd swear that you were 210+.
Because he is carrying no weight in his lower body. That is why people who squat/deadlift and have big lower bodies always will weigh 20+ lbs more than people who don't...the lower body contains the majority of the muscle on your body and can grow proportionately much larger than the upper body. Ever see those football players who are 5'8 or 5'9 and ripped that weigh 210 lbs? All their weight is in their legs. With legs like OP, they would weigh 180 lbs.

As an aside, I am also 5' 8" and when I was in prime shape I was 185-188 lbs with 8-9% BF and had legs the size of tree trunks, and an unbelievable ass(that couldn't be seen because I had to wear pants 2 sizes too big or my quads/ass would rip the seams before the first day was over as soon as I did any type of bending)...the weight you are looking for is in your legs and glutes. Start working them OP, you are on the verge of looking retarded with a huge upper body and no lower body.

Remember, friends don't let friends skip leg day---the pain and fatigue is real tho. When you can barely walk 4 days after your last leg day... Don't run from it, embrace it.

Thanks, dude. This is good and bad news for me. Good because I've been wanting to go on a cut and get rid of extra body fat around my hips and lower pecs...but bad news because I have yet to hit my goals in the gym. Still though, I started thinking the same thing and I really wasn't trying to get too big. I'm at 164 lbs now, so I think I'll go down to around 150 and just hover between that and 155.

Cutting out the creatine will help reduce some of the weight immediately as well.
This goes to show the amazing illusion that being shredded and having a low bf% will give. I bet your arms are not even THAT big, but in pics, because you are in such good shape. they LOOK big.

Looks to me like you have a very narrow chest and lats. That would be something I would start working on right away to give you a fuller look. Legs too. I started squating 5 days a week, just 3-4 sets before I do the rest of my workout, (besides my normal leg day) and that helped a lot.

Nice job on the physique though.

I'm would say any more size in the upperbody will make you a meathead. And you could probably enter a contest. I would cut and maybe work out full body 1 a week just to maintain. If you training naturally I doubt you traps will grow any bigger. I have a similar look just taller with longer arms and smaller bicep.
